Are your candles hand-poured?
Yes! Every Aurène candle is hand-poured in small batches using premium coco-soy wax, ensuring exceptional quality and a clean, long-lasting burn.
What wax do you use?
We use a premium coco-soy wax and soy wax blend for our statement pieces and pillar candles, a natural, sustainable wax that delivers a superior scent throw and a cleaner burn compared to paraffin.
How long do your candles burn?
- Small (190g): approximately 30 hours
- Large (280g): approximately 50 hours
Burn times may vary depending on conditions and candle care.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Our candles come beautifully packaged and are gift-ready. Contact us if you’d like a personalised message included.
Can I request a custom fragrance or design?

What is your return policy?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and we will resolve it promptly. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
