Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted and require 3–5 business days before dispatch.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Express shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Shipping Rates

Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
