Processing Time

All Aurène Studio products are handcrafted with care and require:

3–5 business days for processing and preparation before dispatch.

During peak periods, seasonal launches, or promotional events, processing times may vary. We appreciate your patience as we create each piece especially for you.

Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)

We currently ship within Australia only.

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, public holidays, or circumstances outside of Aurène Studio’s control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Order weight
• Shipping method selected

Damaged, Faulty or Lost Orders

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

For lost orders, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate the matter with the shipping provider and assist you.
