Refund policy

At Aurène Studio, each of our products is carefully handcrafted and quality checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.

Returns & Refunds

We have a strict No Refund Policy on all purchases unless products are damaged while shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

To help us process your request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will offer an exchange or replacement for the damaged or incorrect item.

Shipping Costs

Where an exchange is approved due to damage or an incorrect item, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless otherwise agreed by Aurène Studio.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us before returning your order. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will provide instructions for arranging your replacement.


Please note there is no refund provided, but an exchange on damaged products ONLY. Shipping will be needed to be born by the buyer in both the instances. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
