2. Orders & Payment All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery We ship within Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

4. Returns & Refunds We want you to love your Aurene products. If you are not satisfied, please refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

5. Product Safety — Candles All Aurene candles must be used in accordance with the safety instructions provided. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep away from children and pets, and burn on a heat-resistant surface. Aurene accepts no liability for damage or injury resulting from improper use.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, copy, branding, and product designs — is the property of Aurene and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Aurene's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
